Hi, I'm Nick. I've been coaching for over half a decade and I've helped hundreds of people get stronger, fitter and feel better.
I'm developing a new style of coaching that blends 1:1 training with small group training. The idea is simple: we get you up to speed quickly with hands-on 1:1 support, then gradually transition you into 3:1 group training once you understand how we do things — and only if your goals match others in the group.
In short: the most hands-on training possible, paired with working towards goals as a group.
